Introduction
My name is Dóri, and I would like to support the life of others through my work, share my knowledge with the people around me and at the same time experience a challenging journey. I graduated as a computer engineer at the Budapest University of Technology in 2017. After university, I started my career as a full-stack developer, later gaining experience in both frontend and backend roles before becoming a Lead Developer. Since then, I've been working in the digital product space as a Product Owner at Shiwaforce. My transition from development to product management allows me to bridge business needs with technical solutions effectively. Together with my teams, we led the complete renewals of the websites for MagNet Bank, Union Vienna Insurance, and the Central Bank of Hungary. Also created and supported websites for clients such as 4iG, OTP Bank, Telekom, Erste Bank, and Magyar Posta.

Three key events in my life
For me, the most important thing is that I am a Christian. I love to serve, love people and love to live under the fact that I am saved.
I organized 15 "Amphitheatre Cup" maths competitions, with 500+ participants per year.
I have mentored more than 20 people in learning programming, and developing new skills in their lives and for the team.

Started as Lead Web Developer, transitioned to Product Owner after 3 months
- I returned to the company, and after the first few months, became a Product Owner, where we continued to develop custom implementations for large enterprise clients. These solutions support the partners to create fully personalized portals of their own.
- My responsibilities include maintaining client communication, coordinating the development team, defining priorities and tasks, preparing specifications, planning the system architecture. I also set sprint goals and manage the product backlog, ensure deadlines are met, and perform professional reviews of deliverables to guarantee they meet the required standards on time.

- This Danish media company launched a new Hungarian development team to build products for their B2B platform. However, due to a lack of clear priorities from the board, we worked mainly on internal tools, such as de-indexing published pages and monitoring software for all sites.

- We delivered CMS solutions for large enterprise customers and my team was responsible for the complete renewal of the website for the Central Bank of Hungary. We also created new websites and provided long-term support for other big companies. The team worked with agile scrum methodologies.
- I was promoted to a Lead web developer in 2021, and with that I was responsible for the whole team’s work. My job was to handle all the in- and out communication, work preparation, planning, designing structures and meet the project deadlines. We also started to work on a new people lead program, with other leaders for the company.

- We made dozens of webpages in teamwork on php basis for different companies and firms. I used PHP, WordPress, and started to learn and use the Laravel framework.
- I did a couple winning games with Laravel, and I rewrote one of Unicef's services, for school students, based on mentoring and healthcare program.
